Clinical supervision for trainee and
qualified CBT Therapists.
As well as my therapy practice, I am also a trained and qualified clinical supervisor. I am passionate about supervision as I love to see the growth in other therapists, supporting them to be more effective for their clients.

I started supervising in 2016 while I was in an NHS mental health service. I began supervising trainee therapists through a university during their placement year. I now work with both trainee and qualified therapists supporting them in their practice.
My approach is relaxed, compassionate and focused. I enjoy creating a safe space where you can explore all elements of your practice - skills development, relational issues and transference processes.
I remain up to date with current practice and theory through my employment as a course supervisor at Canterbury Christ Church and Exeter University.
What I offer
One to one supervision
Depending on your caseload number determines how many hours of supervision you are required to have per month. I offer supervision sessions on a regular basis or ad hoc (should you meet your accredited body's requirements elsewhere).
£85 per hour
Group supervision
Groups would consist of between 2-4 therapists. The length of time would depend on how many are in the group at one time. The following times tend to work well:
1 hour - 2 people
2 hours - 3 people
2.5 hours - 4 people
Time and cost are split equally between the participants. All of the above is flexible and can be agreed depending on the needs of the group.
£95 per hour
Mentoring for students
I am able to offer a range of support to those currently studying on the High Intensity CBT course. This includes:
- CTSR marking
- Reviewing portfolio documents
- Reviewing formulations
- Brief and focused sessions to develop skills.
